Helmsdeep Gems will not take responsibility for delayed, lost or damaged
items in the post.
Deposits are non refundable after 14 days if you choose to cancel your order.
Goods will be sent once full payment has been received. If this is payment
by cheque please note we will need to wait for the cheque to clear before
posting.
Please make sure you have chosen the right colours, lengths and other requirements
as this is solely your responsibility.
Please note that as a majority of our materials are from natural sources
they may vary slightly to those pictured. Helmsdeep Gems has the right to
substitute materials if necessary.
Helmsdeep Gems has the right to cancel a clients order.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you must contact
us within 3 days of receipt of the order. Items must be returned to us in
their original condition within 7 days of this contact (international clients - 14 days).
A refund will be made upon return of the order, minus delivery costs. Return
postage will not be refunded and we advise clients to obtain proof of return
postage.
Bespoke and customised orders are returnable minus a 25% customisation fee.
We are less likely to re-sell an order that has been crafted to your individual
tastes.
EARRINGS ARE NON RETURNABLE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
