Remember: handcrafted quality items take time to
create. Especially bespoke orders.
Q: How do I order from your website?
A: Use our on-line shop (click the "Shop" link on the navigation
bar above) to view and purchase items in our current range. Browse the range
and when you see something you like, be sure that you select any options such
as required chain length and press the "Add to Cart" button. When
you have finished shopping, or at any time during your visit, you can select
the "My Cart" tab option towards the top of the page to see what
you have put in your basket. You can delete anything you have changed your
mind on or selected the wrong options for. Once you are completely satisfied
with the goods you have selected, press the "Checkout Now" button
below the shopping cart list and to proceed to pay for your goods. Clicking
the "Products" tab at any time brings you back to the front page
of the shop. Clicking on the "Helmsdeep Gems" logo at the top of
any shop page brings you out of the shop and back to these pages.
Q: I like an item in your range, but it doesn't quite match what
I'm after.
A: If you like something in the range, but have specific requirements that
the customisation options in our shop can't meet, then contact us through
our "Contact" page. Please include the style code, quantity and
the finish/colour of the products that you wish to purchase. Ensure you include
a contact number should we need to call you for any further information we
may require. When the order is ready you will be notified and it will be available
in the shop to buy.
Q: I like the range but the item I have in mind isn't there.
A: Please read our "Bespoke" page. It describes our 'Made to Order'
jewellery service. If you have an idea, we can work with you to make that
idea a reality. Contact us through the contact page.
Q: How long will my order take to get here?
A: Orders normally take 1 - 3 weeks to complete although this may be longer in
our busy periods. Bespoke orders can take longer depending on the complexity
of the client's individual requirements.
Q: How do I pay for my goods?
A: UK clients - we accept online payment by Paypal. If you wish to pay by
cheque please contact us. The order will only be dispatched once payment has
cleared and will take longer. INTERNATIONAL clients - we accept payment via
Paypal only. Click on the paypal logo below for additional information on
payment through PayPal.
Payment is only accepted in Pound Sterling. A 50% deposit is required on
all bespoke orders. We do not start work on an order until a deposit has been
received. Please contact us for bespoke orders. The website offers a certain
amount of customisation through the normal ordering process, for a more bespoke
service please contact us. We do not currently take credit card payment over
the phone. Please read our TERMS before ordering.
