Our 'Made to Order' Jewellery service
Helmsdeep Gems provides a bespoke or commision service, where we create
custom jewellery to suit the needs of the individual. Jewellery can be ordered
in different lengths; colours and gemstones. Tiaras are available in different
heights and colours. We stock a range of gemstones, crystals and pearls. We
can also source a huge range of materials from our range of suppliers, so
that we can endevour to meet almost any need.
If you have an idea for a particular item of jewellery or accessory, we
can work with you to make that idea a reality. If you have a colour scheme
you need to match, we can suggest materials to make the item the perfect complement
to any outfit.
The get the ball rolling, simply use the form on the Contact page to e-mail
with your initial ideas. We will then contact you via telephone or direct
email to continue the creative process. After we feel that we have have enough
understanding of your needs, we will make a sample item which we will take
pictures of. The pictures will be emailed to you so that you can see the design
and detail. From there further modifications can be made if necessary until
the item fully meets your requirements.
You are not obliged to purchase the finished design if it does not meet
your requirements. However, bespoke orders or heavily customised stock items,
can be returned for a refund minus a 25% customisation fee. Refer to our Terms
